Returns & Quality Guarantee Policy

Custom-Made Products

All Sticker Depot products are custom made to order. Because each order is produced specifically for you and approved prior to production, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering errors, design changes, or general preference.

However, we stand behind the quality of our work!


30-Day Quality Guarantee

If there is a manufacturing defect or quality issue with your order, you may request a resolution within 30 days of delivery.

Eligible issues include:

  • Printing defects

  • Material defects

  • Lamination failures

  • Cutting errors

  • Incorrect item produced (not matching approved proof)

If approved, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a reprint or partial/full replacement.

Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at our discretion.


Inspection Requirement

Customers are responsible for inspecting their order immediately upon delivery.

If there are any issues, errors, or concerns, you must contact us within 48–72 hours of receiving your order.

When reporting an issue, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the problem

  • A brief explanation of the issue

Failure to notify us within this timeframe may void eligibility for resolution.


Proof Approval & Color Variations

All orders are produced based on the final proof approved by the customer.

By approving your proof, you confirm:

  • Design layout

  • Spelling and content

  • Size and placement

  • Color selection

Please note:

Color appearance may vary slightly between screens and printed materials due to:

  • Monitor calibration differences

  • Lighting conditions

  • Material absorption

  • Printing processes

Minor color variations are not considered defects.

If colors are significantly different from the approved proof beyond normal industry tolerances, we will review the issue and work with you toward a reasonable solution, which may include a reprint.


Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns or offer replacements for:

  • Customer-provided artwork errors

  • Approved proof mistakes

  • Slight color variations

  • Orders damaged due to improper application or storage

  • Change of mind after production
