Frequently Asked Questions

What file types do you accept?

We accept the following file formats: JPG, PNG, PDF, TIFF, EPS, AI, and SVG. For the best results, we recommend uploading vector files (EPS, AI, or SVG) where possible, as these scale to any size without losing quality.

What resolution should my file be?

For crisp, professional-looking stickers, we recommend a minimum resolution of 300 DPI (dots per inch) at your intended print size. Files submitted below 300 DPI may appear blurry or pixelated when printed. If you're unsure about your file's resolution, feel free to contact us before placing your order and we'll take a look.

How will I get my sticker proof and how do I approve it?

We’ll send your proof to the email you used at checkout. It shows the size and cut path of your custom stickers. Take a quick look, then just reply “APPROVE” or let us know if anything needs tweaking!

When will I get my order?

We work fast to get your order out the door! As soon as it ships, we’ll send you an email with all the details. Delivery times depend on your location.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on orders over $50 shipping within the lower continental 48 states.

For any other orders, shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You’ll always see the shipping price before you check out. No surprises!

Do you accept returns?

Since all of our products are custom-made, we can’t accept returns. That said, if something isn’t quite right, email us at sales@stickerdepot.com and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Where are you located?

We print every sticker in-house right here in Dayton, OH! Just a small team over here, working hard to make some seriously killer stickers for you. 💪✨
