What file types do you accept?

We accept PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, and SVG files. For best results, artwork should be high-resolution (300 DPI) with a transparent background when applicable.

Do you provide proofs before printing?

Yes. All custom apparel orders receive a digital proof for approval before production begins.

What is DTG printing?

DTG (Direct-to-Garment) printing is a process where ink is printed directly into the fabric. It’s ideal for full-color designs, gradients, and small orders with a soft, smooth finish.

When should I choose DTG printing?

DTG is best for:

  • Small to medium order quantities

  • Full-color or photo-style designs

  • Detailed artwork with gradients or shading

What is screen printing?

Screen printing uses layered ink pushed through screens onto the garment. It’s ideal for large quantities, bold designs, and long-lasting prints.

When should I choose screen printing?

Screen printing works best for:

  • Bulk orders

  • Simple designs with fewer colors

  • Maximum durability and consistency

Is there a minimum order quantity?

DTG printing has low minimums, making it great for short runs. Screen printing typically requires a higher minimum due to setup, which varies by design.

What garments can be printed?

We print on:

  • T-shirts

  • Crewneck sweatshirts

  • Select jackets and apparel styles

Availability may vary by garment type and color.

Do you print on dark garments?

Yes. DTG printing includes a white underbase for dark garments to ensure vibrant colors. Screen printing uses specialty inks for dark fabrics as well.

How long does production take?

Production time is typically 5–10 business days after proof approval. Larger orders or screen-printed jobs may take longer.

Are the prints durable?

Yes. When properly cared for, both DTG and screen-printed apparel are long-lasting and fade-resistant.

How should printed apparel be washed?

For best results:

  • Wash inside out

  • Use cold water

  • Avoid bleach

  • Tumble dry low or air dry

  • Do not iron directly on the print

Can I mix sizes and garment colors in one order?

Yes. You can mix sizes and garment colors, as long as the design and print placement remain the same.

Can you match exact colors?

We do our best to match colors, but exact color matching is not guaranteed due to fabric color, ink type, and screen differences.

What print areas are available?

Common print locations include front, back, left chest, sleeves, and full front. Available locations vary by garment.

Is there a setup fee?

DTG printing does not require setup fees. Screen printing may include one-time setup fees per color or design.

Can I reorder the same design?

Yes! We keep your artwork on file, making reorders quick and easy.

Can you print photographs?

Yes. DTG printing is excellent for photo-quality prints and detailed artwork.

What happens if there’s an issue with my order?

If you experience any issues, contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll work with you to make it right.
